we booked a table 4 days ago. But when we came, this restuarant told us (without apologizing!) that all tables are full and asked us to go to another restuarant instead?!!!They 'explained' that because there was a banquet that took up most of the restuarant hence there were only very few tables left. My aunt was like "but Miss..your restuarant didn't know there will be a banquet when we called 4 days ago and booked the table?" the lady goes, "yes we do" (still...no apology!) . The worst part is
The worst part is , there WAS actually an empty table right in front of us (we could see it!) among the 'few' tables open to other customers...but they kept saying that it wasn't available ...even we have booked a table a long time ago!?
After some negotiation, they finally gave us that EMPTY table. Well, disaster didn't end there... the service was poor - there were not enough waiters/waitresses. When we sat down there were not enough glasses...and had to tell them twice about the situation..and then we tried to order but no one seemed to want to help us at all.
FINALLY they served the food. No extra chopsticks for common use. We had to ask like 3 waiters THEN the choptsicks came.
well..in addition, .. that one waiter yelled really loudly at another waitress in front of us!!
The only good thing about this resturant was that the food was actually yummy in this restuarant.
But overall, i have NEVER been to a restuarant in Hong Kong with such POOOOR service.
