To put it shortly, I will come back to Quemo for 3 reasons:- The Iberico Pork is stunning, perfectly cooked, and comes with mash potatoes that could compare to those of Robuchon!- Catalan rice masters both superb texture and pungent taste- Finally a place to taste and discover great wines from Spain (white Terras Gauda and red Castro de Valtuille were my favorites, with the sparkling cava Privat Laieta to start dinner). Definitely made want to try some more!Oh and there's a terrace!
