If you have a sweet tooth you will love it. Not too thick or too thin. Sweet and creamy. You can choose your flavour of icecream I chose hazlenut today. You can sample the flavours to help make your decision. No ice/water added it's gelato blended with milk. For those who want to be healthy they have dairy free dark chocolate gelato which is less sweet personally I haven't had those but my thin friends like it. Their stracciatella gelato is the best stracciatella I've tried.
