I admit. I eat a lot of weird and sometimes stupid things. And this is pretty much one of them.I saw this little ice cream shop in Tin Hau. It's actually right across from the MTR station and is SUPER small. It's not hard to find. It's got weird shaped cones hanging all over the place. It's obviously geared for take away only.They have two sizes available. Small J cone shape is $20. Large J cone shape is $28. Flavors are based on flavor of the day. That day it was chocolate and malted Vitasoy. I

I don't like chocolate, so chose malted Vitasoy and wanted a small J shaped cone. Upon ordering it, they squeezed the whole cone with ice cream.
Honestly, this weird shape cone thing is a gimmick because it wasn't good. The ice cream was not smooth. Not creamy. It was overly icy. Malted Vitasoy flavor wasn't strong. It didn't taste very malt-like at all. The cone tasted like one of those corn horn chips. The ratio of cone to ice cream was way too much cone and not enough ice cream. To it's credit, the cone did remain crispy. The look of the thing reminded me of ... well ... a body part. I don't know what it would look like with chocolate ice cream.Won't return.
