It was used to be a nice place to enjoy a cup of coffee and to relax for a bit.However, it wasn't a very nice experience during the recent visit.Probably they have used the place to serve breakfast or lunch earlier as I could see the light buffet setup at one side of the wall and there's a strong smell of food left in the air upon arrival. Furniture looks worn out. Rubbish is left at outside balcony (a Starbucks cup next to the dog statue).Service wasn't great. Ordered an iced coffee, but no cof

Service wasn't great. Ordered an iced coffee, but no coffee cream/milk, nor syrup was brought to the table. Got confronted by the server when requested for some milk and syrup.
He claimed it's right as Iced Americano was shown on the receipt.
But we asked for iced coffee, not iced americano, nor iced black coffee. Who would have known that you would typed in the key as Iced amerciano when we asked for iced coffee?
He even said that we didn't ask for milk or syrup when ordered.
Well, perhaps the standard of serving beverages in the catering industry has changed, otherwise, all iced coffee should be served with milk & syrup on the side unless customer requests not to. Or am I actually at a Dai Pai Dong where milk & syrup are all added in the still room? Coz that's what I got at the end.
