The restaurant is Classic feel. When we went to the diner room, the staff ws very kind to welcome us. We felt wonderful about this. They have 2 menu. One is a promotion "All you can eat", it was a very special and interesting menu. We can taste all the French foods. The price also no too expensive, it was $398+10% per one diner and plus $80+10%, diners can enjoy the "Free Flow" House Wine. Sound is good!!But, we were not food tasting. So, we choose a A La Carte. But, we were not food tasting. So, we choose a A La Carte. We saw a traditional French menu, they had French and English translation. They were so professional.
First of all, I had a Lobster Bisque to be my appetizer. The waiter showed me a Soup in the trollery. Firstly, he cooked a lobster to be a medium with oliver oil. Moreover, he used Brandy to Flambe'. The flame was not to big, but elegant. Taste was good.
In main course, i had a Beef Rossini. The duck liver was big and tasty. The tenderloin was juicy and kept a good beef's flavour. I'm lovin it.
My friend got a Steak Tartar, but it cannot find in the menu. The show was excellent, i never see that before and really want to say "How they do that?"
I wanted to have a Chocolate Marquise, but they have not. So, I got a Chocolate Fondant(Chocolate Pudding). It look like a chocolate cake, but Something like a chocolate sauce was coming out when i cut off the cake. The taste was rich and match with the vanila ice-cream. I can see a ice-cream had a vanila seeds inside(It should be a high quality ice-cream).
Over all, I had got a good experience on that day. Food was tasty, service was excellent, because they had up-sell and introduce the wine for us. The waiters also provided a good smile and recommend the daliy special for us. So, I felt it was a traditional restaurant and it liked the old restaurant what you all saw in the movie and comics.
