「招牌金华火腿碗仔翅」I was more interested in the Imitation Shark Fin soup than the cart noodles and it turned out to be pretty good! I've been trying to look for a good one and this had great flavors from the jinhua ham and wasn't starchy or goopy at all. There's red vinegar on the table that you can add to the soup but would have been better if they had spicy pickles that you can add freely too like 十八座狗仔粉.
