I love croissants so I buy them as light lunches or for morning breakfast all the time. Unfortunately Pret A Manger is slightly out of the way for me on a more regular basis, so I always eat overnight croissants! The CROISSANTS here are quite good in my opinion! Flaky in pastry layering and slightly but not enough buttery in taste. There isn't much to complain about relatively speaking, seeing how Robuchon's croissants aren't actually that good anyway.... The Croissant dough here are actually Made in France than imported to HK, rather than from the UK headquarters - they are then baked on the premises daily.
