Main - Fish & Chips
Not many places executed fish & chips well, in fact, rarely do I find a legitimate one. This was exceptionally well cooked and with clever twist on the complementary curry remoulade sauce which was super delicious. The key to success rest on the fish batter which was light, crispy and fluffy, yet the fish was still very tender and moist. Freshly made crispy spiced fries completed the flawless main course.

Desserts - Sticky Toffee Pudding
What can I say, the pudding looks absolutely inviting 🤤 Pouring the sauce over simply added that little drama. The pudding soaked in ginger butterscotch sauce was a winner! Love the ginger undertone, perfectly balanced the overall sweetness. The ice cream on top was just the icing on the cake, contrasted against the warm pudding.

Vanilla Creme Brûlée
Presented on a flat steel plate, allowed abundant toasted hazelnut sprinkled on top acted like extra crumble above the crackling caramel and contributed to additional nutty flavor as well. Creamy silky creme brûlée beneath has a nice vanilla tone with the right sweetness.

After Eight, mint, chocolate
Dark chocolate fans out there be alert! This ain’t ordinary lava cake, it’s extremely decadent and intensely rich (almost bitter but it’s how I liked it 😋) dark chocolate fondant. If only the center was more liquid, it would’ve aced it. The mint vanilla gelato was perfect accompaniment to the richness of the cake.
