Inconsistency in service and taste

I have been going to this restaurant for a good 3-4 years and enjoyed quite a lot with my family. However, last time I went there, I have notice the taste of pho (soup) had changed and have provided the feedback to the waitress, there was no attempt to come back to me to explain the reason. So I followed up and I was just given a response that there is “no change” and they cooked in exactly the same way. I guess they must be saying I am wrong.
