There are so many branches of Ocean Empire congee but the quality is different at different branches.For fried noodles, it is good that most branches serve it hot but tried the Sichuan stir fried noodles here and it was bad.Previously tried the noodles at North Point and it was tasty with Sichuan spices but at this branch they used grounded pepper which is not how it was meant to taste.On another visit, had the fried noodles which were edible.
