The taste of this dish is surprisingly yummy. The edamame is full of flavour.
I like the strong flavour of miso and it comes to the taste of spicy from the red chilli. It really tasting spicy, interesting to go with the alochol.
《"Hotaru-Ika" Firefly Squid in Soy Sauce with Wasabi Cheese $78》
This is a fusion dish, wasabi cheese with the raw squid (with sake and soy sauce overnight). The firefly squid is not salty, maybe it is balanced by the wasabi and the cheese. The wasabi goes to your nose immediately, but the cheese will balance this taste. Love this dish!

This is an absolutely Interesting ideas to server with oysters as foie gras is usually served with a toast. The foie Gras has been pan fried which is crispy and is perfect to match with oyster by wrapping up the seaweed.

An iconic cocktail turns burger! The bun is soft, using AUS ground beef which is thick, succulent and juicy! The sauce is great, bitter infused orange & cherry jam with sesame seeds, definitely full of flavour!
