I have a good Indian friend who is working in Central, who invited me for dinner tonight. We are not rich people but we like to eat tasty and good food. He recommended to go to Rang Mahal Authentic Indian Cuisine, that is on the 2nd floor of 118 Queen's Rd Central, not fair away from Central MTR station. This restaurant is not very spacious, with traditional Indian decor, in the secret red color plus the wine cabinet with blue light, very strong color combination. They got a TV which shows the
Rang Mahal Authentic Indian Cuisine, that is on the 2nd floor of 118 Queen's Rd Central,
not fair away from Central MTR station.
After we were seated, the staff present a pot of appetizer, the little spicy thin crisps and together they proivde 3 kinds of different sauce: pepper, chilly and BBQ sauce.
We ordered bottle of beer and Mango Juice, beer was cold and Mango juice is juicy. That could reduce the spiciness of chilly and curry.
The decoration was so wonderful, the central of the plate, it came with a candle in green peper. The lamb chop is so delicious, which marinated with Indian herbs and cooked in a clay oven. The lamb chop is not strong in flavour and the is quite tender.
A candle was sitting in the centre of plate in red tomato, so colourful ! The fish had been cooked in ovan and without bone, we liked it.
There were 4 slices of Onion Kulcha, which were warm, soft and delicious, with these to eat with the curry Chicken, that is the best combination.
The curries was mild in taste and not too spicy, with creamy taste, the chicken was so tender, well cooked.
