Had the chance to try their lunch becoz of some special occasion. .The set came with Baked Wagyu Puff with Coconut in Curry Sauce, Steamed Lobster Dumplings with Pomelo Topped with Gold Leaf and Steamed Iberico Pork Dumplings with Kimchi first. The Baked Wagyu Puff smelled luring becoz of the curry, the Steamed Lobster Dumplings looked cute with its pink exterior and the kimchi of the Pork Dumplings enhanced its savoury.
Crab Shell filled with Crabmeat with and Cheese baked with Bechamel Sauce was then served. The crabmeat was not as meaty and cheesy as I expected, and it was a bit hard to get the meat out.
Next, we got Rock Salt Baked Chicken Topped with Sesame. The skin was crispy and the chicken meat was tender.
Later, Braised Lobster with Rice Vermicelli in Superior Broth was served. Again, it was quite difficult to enjoy the meat, and the rice vermicelli was a bit piecemeal.
After that, we had Seasonal Vegetables with Fish Maw and Conpoy poached in Superior Broth. Not a very memorable dish.
Personally liked the dessert the most, which was Chilled Mango Pudding! The condensed milk on top was subtly sweet and milky, which complemented the pudding well. It was very refreshing to enjoy during the summer time!

The resto looked decent and exquisite. It was spacious which could fit numerous guests. We, however, waited for the food for quite a while... If would be nicer if the food could be served faster...
