I love wagyu tenderloin as it’s had good balance of fat and meat😍 It was so tender that you don’t really need to chew at all. I love the first bite without any seasoning, just the beef and its oil.

The execution was flawless👍🏼 Rice was grainy and dry but totally not oily even with lots of wagyu trimmings. What’s more, even the egg was grainy like the Chinese “osmanthus egg” style. Perfect💯
