There are plenty of noodles shops on Sai Yeung Choi Street, and this time I tried a newly opened one with a fancy Captain soldier theme.I ordered this Dry Noodles with Pork Cartilage. I made a mistake by asking for mild spicy, which was too much for me…I could only finish half of the bowl and my lips were already burning. I ordered this Dry Noodles with Pork Cartilage. I made a mistake by asking for mild spicy, which was too much for me…I could only finish half of the bowl and my lips were already burning. So I brought the remaining home with a take away container, thinking that cooling them in fridge and have them on the other day would help.
The crystal potato noodles were delicious, very al dente yet not overly chewy. The pork cartilage was amazing too! Minced meat and shredded cucumber went so well with the sauce and noodles.
I wish the hot sauce didn’t mask the flavor of everything and burn my lips…
