Waiter took away my pasta (without asking) whilst I was grabbing dessert at open bar. When I enquired with manager Mr Brusco, he was defensive. I went to his supervisor, Mr Morales, who was extremely stubborn and refused to waive the bill saying the “mistake” was not to scale of what I was asking. Take it or leave it. Extremely poor service, ruined the entire mood of the table - my friends felt totally insulted, paid and left, never to come back to endure the gruelling torture again. I gave ampl

Extremely poor service, ruined the entire mood of the table - my friends felt totally insulted, paid and left, never to come back to endure the gruelling torture again. I gave ample opportunity for Mr Morales to do the right thing- looked at me in the eye and said “no, this mistake does not warrant this.” Adding insult to injury. No other concessions were proposed. This is not what is expected from a restaurant at this level and price range. Yours sincerely.
