Previously this used to be a Singaporean restaurant Pasar, then it closed down, next came Satay City which didnt stay for long and now PHO DELIGHT.I can imagine it being busy for lunches, but after office hours, Wan Chai is not a likely place for dinner. There is also another branch in Causeway Bay which would probably fare better being in a shopping and working location. The menu basically offers noodles in soup, the usual rices, however the prices are a bit expensive for simple noodles.I ordered

I ordered ho-fun with prawns in sour soup, it was basically noodles in tangy sauce with a few prawns on top, and pieces of pineapple, tomato.
The soup was quite acidic, and the ho fun was a bit too soft, but overall it was ok, so lets see how long they will be here for.
The other spicy beef noodles were very spicy, it was so spicy, you could feel the heat of the chilli when you smell it,
Taking a tiny sip of the soup, was enough to make me go red!
I wanted to try the grilled beef, but the sour soup sounded more interesting, so if they are still here on my next visit, I shall give it a try.
