1st of all, the ingredients and meat are Dirty Wings - is crispy and interesting.Detox Salad is very refreshing with green apple goes well with the dressing.But I am very disappointed with 3 items, which is related to the way they serve and skill to prepare products that differ from their sister company downstairs:1. the Harris Ribeye ($450) which is supposed to be a main course and serves hot, it arrives 2 minutes after the salad almost at the same 2 with the dirty wings! 1st of all, the ingredients and meat are Dirty Wings - is crispy and interesting.
Detox Salad is very refreshing with green apple goes well with the dressing.
But I am very disappointed with 3 items, which is related to the way they serve and skill to prepare products that differ from their sister company downstairs:
1. the Harris Ribeye ($450) which is supposed to be a main course and serves hot, it arrives 2 minutes after the salad almost at the same 2 with the dirty wings! It is cold and raw. The cause is likely the steak is not well defrosted or temperature not "measured" by the "cook". A medium rare is cooked with a slight grilled skin and totally raw meat! Even though they try to warm the plate with a decorative candle!
2. 72 % Chocolate Layers Cake ($88)is another disappointment. The frozen taste cake itself is a disgrace to any restaurant named : Bakery! The chocolate is just frozen icing chocolate that doesn't have any chocolate flavor but just sugary
3. The Winter Cider ($50), which the waitress warned us in advanced that it takes 45 minutes. So we're looking forward to a well missed Winter Cider we used to have Europe and the States. But it is just a lemon yuji flavored with cinnamon drinks.
But it really pleasant to face the sun through the windows and the trees.
