I had been to this 火restaurants over the past few years (at least 2 ~3 years). It is not as bad as it was written previously. They are definitely NOT CHEAP. But their food is fresh. Once I bought friends coming from Australia, they found the food so delicious that they finished up the soup base. You got to know what you are ordering, NOT all their beef are fantastic, 牛颈脊is the best and is NOT cheap and sometimes sold out on a good business day. Their 墨滑is unbeatable. During summer time

You got to know what you are ordering, NOT all their beef are fantastic, 牛颈脊is the best and is NOT cheap and sometimes sold out on a good business day. Their 墨滑is unbeatable. During summer time when they are not busy, they will even serve dessert. Their 杨枝金露is really the best, non of the dessert shop can be ahead of them. During winter the peak season, these are not prepared. Try it again and see if anyone will get another impression of this restaurant.
