Didn't expect much so didn't take my camera. 先说说有什么食物:
头盘有冻海鲜-面包蟹、长脚蟹、青口、虾、翡翠螺; 刺身有三文鱼、甜虾、八爪鱼、吞拿鱼; 有各种沙律; 亦有芝士。There were different kinds of seafood, sashimi, salad and cheese for starter.
热食有烧烤、烧牛肉、蒸鱼、印式卡巴、意粉等等，选择不少。

甜品方面有常见的蛋糕，亦有macaroons, dreyers雪糕, 也有超级迷利朱古力喷泉和pancake机。每位更附送一个心太软。中式甜品则有豆腐花和蕃薯糖水。
For dessert, there were cakes(of course), macaroons, dreyers' icecream, chocolate fountain, pancake machine,etc. Each customer will also receive a chocolate fondant. Chinese style desserts were served too, like tofu pudding(tofu fa) and sweet soup.
饮品有咖啡有茶有橙汁，任饮。
Coffee,tea,orange juice - all you can drink!
食物素质参次，所以最重要是懂得选择!
首先，海鲜类必吃面包蟹、长脚蟹和生蚝。长脚蟹非常新鲜，肉质鲜甜美味，生蚝亦不断refill。另外，在旁的巴马火腿密瓜也不容错过。芝士亦有数款，一试无访。It's okay to be picky because I strongly advise you not to try everything there! Must try items include seafood, such as alaska king crab, box crab and oysters. They were fresh and scrumptious, especially the buttery crab roe from the box crab. Parma ham with melon was a good choice for starter too. Cheese platter was not bad, there were blue cheese, brie and cheddar.
刺身寿司则可不用试。You certainly have no room for sashimi and sushi, they were not appealing enough.
烧烤食品看似平民化，有鸡翼肠仔粟米等，但令人惊喜的是任吃鹅肝和羊架。
Surprisingly there were unlimited foie gras and lamb rack, however pan fried foie gras was quite greasy.
清蒸比目鱼和鹅肝蒸蛋是另一必吃。比目鱼非常嫩滑，充满油香。蒸蛋融化在口中，底层的黑松露酱更增添香味，令你一吃难忘。Steamed flatfish was extraordinary, the fish tasted like silver cod and meat was tender and flavorful. Steamed egg in egg shell with foiegras was delicious, they looked adorably cute too! The black truffle paste at the bottom made the egg more flavorful. The melt-in-mouth egg was velvety, so good!!!!!
其他热食则平平无奇，但也可一试。
甜品较为逊色，马卡龙尤其难吃。朱古力喷泉也因太少朱古浆而无法成喷泉形状哈哈哈。即制pancake 配dreyers雪糕是我的推介。而每位附送的心太软也不错，朱古力呈流心状。Do not have high expectation for desserts. Their desserts were relatively poor comparing to other dishes, especially macaroons. The macaroon shell was not crunchy and the interior was not soggy and chewy. The texture and taste were simply not up to standard. I recommend pancakes made by the pancake machine pairing with dreyers' icecream for dessert. Also, they offer a chocolate fondant for every customer. Quality was not bad.
最后，呷一口热茶，不但有助消化，更为这餐画上一个句号。
At last, take a sip of hot tea which can help with disgestion. Meanwhile to put an end to this fulfilling meal.
这顿才不过$400，在百物腾贵的香港很难找到了。
After all it was only around $400 per person, what more can I ask for?
