Usually grass jelly (leung fun) is cut into small cubes and served with syrup, however this dessert called Italian grass jelly is rather different.The grass jelly is served in ginger sauce. The ginger sauce is made of condensed/evapourated milk with ginger. The grass jelly looks like spaghetti hence the name italian grass jelly.Overall it tasted quite nice..not too sweet and blended nicely with the gingery taste.
