In this 9” pizza, the thick “bready” crust was sprinkled with a layer of icing sugar, incredibly crusty and dainty.🍕

As a huge fan of fried chickens, this dish is a must-order for its extra crispiness!🍗 They were super crispy on the outside while keeping the meat impressively tender and succulent on the inside, seasoned with honey butter powder for an enhanced flavor!🤙🏻

These fresh and luscious blue mussels were cooked in white wine rose sauce, flavored with onion, mushrooms, garlic, and cherry tomatoes, then garnished with grated parmesan cheese for its perfection.🍴

▪️Busan Deep-Fried Soft Shell Crab▪️[HK$118]
The soft shell crab was deep-fried until it turned golden-brown and crispy, accompanied by a mixed salad and kimchi mayo dressing, and made it almost flawless!🦀

In this new branch of Pizza Maru located in Tsuen Wan, they offered a lunch menu that serves with either a soup or salad.📜
What we ordered is a smoked salmon pizza with a thick breading crust, and we really enjoyed the savory cream sauce base in every slice!🍕

The combination was amazingly tasty and every strand of the linguine was perfectly covered with spicy cream sauce!🍝
