Last time I went to Sai Kung, I had Bibini’s ice-cream. I was surprised the owner being the owner of Jacomax recommended Pomodoro pizza instead of his place!Anyway, after trying Slices and Paisano’s, I am here at Jacomax.I found that Jacomax was the best of the three with Slice’s being second for over cooked cheese.However the location and dining facilities at Jacomax is definitely the best.The pizza was freshly made and baked infront of you.I chose the one with anchovies and olives, but after r

The pizza was freshly made and baked infront of you.
I chose the one with anchovies and olives, but after reading OpenRice, I should have chosen the parma ham.
Anyway, the pizza was delicious, but did not leave that bloated feeling, the pizza was light.
The tomato sauce in the pizza was nice and tangy, the anchovies gave it that salty touch.
The menu was nicely illustrated, and the illustration at the front looks like someone familiar in SaiKung!!???
