Jaja recently has a new menu for Taste of Art for both dinner and their afternoon tea which you can preorder at their E-shop. You can enjoy a slight discount if you pre-order. We chose the Bouquet of Flower Salad as the Starter. Definitely a feast for the eyes and especially with the flowers on the table. The Risotto had just the right amount of cheese on it without being too heavy and the tomato sauce balanced the dish well. I personally prefer it to be a bit more al dente but the texture here I would say is in the middle, which should please everyone.
The dessert came and it was really fun to play with. Even the cake inside had several layers.
We all had Picasso potential from our design(basically pouring everything). Our favorite topping was the popping candy. The sweetness of the sauce and cake was well controlled so despite we almost added everything, it still wasn't too sweet.
I already preordered their afternoon tea and will try it later on.
