The seafood chicken casserole(海鲜鸡煲)is served once we had sat down.
Seafood are abalones,shrimps,clams.
The chicken is fresh,tender and sweet!!higher quality than average chicken casserole.
Both beef short rib (牛小排) and beef chuck(牛肩胛）are fresh,soft and tender with marbled fat!!Both are served on an unlimited basis!!
Loveeeeeee the shrimp dumplings(凤城水饺）with shredded bamboo shoot ,black fungus and shrimp as the filling!sweet and tasty.highly recommended!!

The male manager is very polite, diligent,friendly and hospitable!!great service!
