Gonpachi has recently launched their latest establishment at One Peking, Tsim Sha Tsui. It boasts a larger capacity, wider variety of food and a spectacular panoramic view of the Victoria Harbour. I’ve always loved Gonpachi as it provides a one-stop solution to all your Japanese cravings with all kinds of dishes like sumiyaki, sushi, sumiyaki, tempura and a variety of snacks of top-notch quality. Premium Trifecta Roll ($438)
Definitely hit the trifecta with fresh uni, chopped tuna belly and salmon roe. Party on the mouth.

Gyusuji Beef Tendon $68
Extremely gelatinous and melt-in-the-mouth tender with the ponzu sauce making it the perfect whet. A nice boost of collagen!

Paper-thin crust and gilded with stringy mozzarella. Definitely do dip it into the addicting spicy oil that comes with it!
Sumiyaki Platter
Thick-cut ox tongue and tuna notes are two must-order dishes. Noten is a cut just above the tuna’s head and is considered one of the rarest and fattiest cut.
