For a tea set (2-6pm) price of only $30, I was astounded at the juicy pork chop which was a very large size and covered in tasty garlic sauce and accompanied with freshly fried potato wedges as well as an iced lemon tea served in a real glass!!! For that price and good food, you can’t beat that. The baked cheese pork chop over egg rice was also scrumptious and came fresh out of the oven.
The service was attentive and served is with a smile. They even politely asked in Chinese if we read Chinese. Then gave us the English menu. Note: the cheaper menu (tea set menu) is only in Chinese.
When I told them and showed them about the long, black hair, they apologized.
From the outside, this place looks like a dingy hole in the wall, but don’t judg a book by its cover - it is very welcoming inside and has a soul like no other. It is cozy and quaint and the food is delicious.
