I am an expat living in HK and I eat out three times a day.I had a couple of pretty good cheeseburgers at Dan Ryan's before and, being kind of a meet afficionado, I decided to give their steaks a try.I had a "stirloin" (their name) for 378.00 HKD. The size was good (I guess about 14 - 15oz.) but the taste was just ...non-existent to watery / slightly chemical.It's the same kind of steak you get at 'Outback's'. It's the same kind of steak you get at 'Outback's'. It looks alright, but it just doesn't taste like real meat (or anything else one would want to chew on, frankly).
Like I said, their burgers are really nice - but I would highly recommend to stay away from the steaks. It is just disappointing.
