I wish I could have enjoyed some good food like all others who have visited this restaurant before me, and posting some wonderful comments after the experience; unfortunately, that never happened.Two days ago, I tried to call the restaurant and book a table for four for dinner this Thursday evening. I called, called and called. Altogether I called at least five times, and all I got was busy signal. Well, at least I got through the sixth time. Someone picked up the phone, but just left it. I
Two days ago, I tried to call the restaurant and book a table for four for dinner this Thursday evening. I called, called and called. Altogether I called at least five times, and all I got was busy signal.
Well, at least I got through the sixth time. Someone picked up the phone, but just left it. I could tell someone answered the call since I could hear all the background noise. I waited, waited and waited for about five minutes before someone finally spoke into the phone. I explained to the person that I wanted to book a table for four for dinner Thursday evening. I also provided my name, phone number, date/time, and number of people for the table. Instead of confirming the booking, the man said, someone would call me back shortly to confirm the booking. I asked him, why not just confirm the booking now; and he said, “Someone will call you shortly!” Bang, and hung up the phone! Of course, no one ever called back! No return call on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
This maybe a restaurant with best food served in town, but for sure, they have the worst attitude to handle reservation.
题外话/补充资料：
Why even bother to visit such a restaurant if they can't even bother to take reservation from a potential customer!
