Noted there was a new Korean restaurant opened in Wan Chai, as a Korean food fan, it is a must to try out the new place!It is well known for the hotpot, especially the Gopchang Hotpot, which consists of hanwoo beef intestines and veggies. However, we go for something light and simple, the Steamed Beef Brisket Hotpot. It comes with the same hanwoo beef, but is steamed instead, which brings out the beef flavor more. We also order the Hangover Tteok Mandoo Soup. The soup comes with the beef bone broth base, sweet , creamy and flavorful. Alone with some kimchi and rice cakes.
For drinks, we try the Makgeolli Korean Traditional Rice Wine. Matching the light flavor of the food with some alcoholic drinks.
