I liked this because there was lots of strawberry jelly. The sponge was not too sweet and the mousse did not taste of artificial strawberry.
It is a nice dessert for someone with a strawberry jelly craving, especially for those who only pick the strawberry jelly pieces in a mixed jelly bowl!
