Tried the Kumamoto Prefecture beef noodles ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++Kumamoto Prefecture beef noodlesWhen I saw the menu it just reminded me of Taiwanese noodles with beef shin and pickled vegetables.The presentation looked awful especially the broth.Anyway, the ramen just tasted how it usually does with pork bone broth however I felt that it was slightly too salty.The pieces of beef shins were quite big and tender.As for the pickled vegetables they were my favourite and taste the same as sn
