So this has finally happened. A western style restaurant offering a cha chang teng price! (Cuz that’s how pricey kwun tong cha chang teng is)A soup and a pasta plus tea only 47! I shamelessly took all my change too.Super worth it! Granted the pasta is a tad bit salty, but just the price makes me happy.($15 discount after 1:30pm, and mon-thurs no service fee)
