 La Famille cheesecakes never disappoint me. I tried their Japanese Yuzu Cheese cake this time. It was very light, fluffy and creamy. The Yuzu also gave the cake a refreshing note. It’s especially perfect for celebrations because of its taste and beautifully decorated appearance. The soufflé cheese cake is made of Hokkaido soft cheese and France Kiri cream cheese.
