And since I really miss the American brunch vibes at an American dine, I decided to treat myself a really nice waffle at Green Waffle Diner in Central❤️The Central shop actually is even looks more American style than the other shops as it’s on ground floor wonderfully decorated💯Simply take the escalator from Central Market. Easy to be found!
The Central shop also surprises me by it’s long opening hour which they open till 3am on Friday and Saturday night.
Noted that the drip coffee can be refilled for breakfast set. Too bad that I arrived at brunch time🤣

Berry Pandan Waffle Delight with Ice Cream $108
😍 LOVED IT! Such a great combination with Pandan! I chose the green tea ice-cream on side. The whole dish didn’t seem heavy to me as there were only 2 waffles yet fulfilling. Highly recommended👍🏻
Avocado Soft Shell Crab Quesadillas with Homefries $188
Homefries from Green Waffle Diner is always the best thing for brunch‼️I like to dip the HP sauce with the fries. The soft shell crab is also as delicious as it should be. Perfect dish.
