Lobster with noodles in cheese sauce ……not exactly a traditional dish, but it seems to be a favourite 'fancy/ celebratory' delicacy for the locals.I ordered two dishes , one with cheese (slightly more expensive) and one without.The one with cheese is drenched in sauce, which can be a big plus, if that is your preference. In my opinion, both of them were quite nice. The spinach noodles were served in the style of spaghetti, and fit the dish nicely.
