I wanted to share my experience at Heytea timesquare; I came on a Saturday afternoon, there was roughly 4 groups waiting. At first, I tried to order via the QR code outside the shop, whilst the app was easy to navigate but it led to payment option being Alipay or WeChat pay - both I don’t have! So I queued up and got my mango grape food boom tea. I finally waited enough to check the counter to see a one small line saying xx amount of orders and wait was 30mins! Something I really wished the lady

Something I really wished the lady at the counter would have advised, as I was due to be somewhere else! Not only was the wait long, the orders were not in numerical order - yes I know two separate combinations to online order. Anyways, my point is, I didn’t know when my order would come out! I was xx126, but xx133 has been made…
Drink wise, it wasn’t great, it was ok! The mango was nice and sweet, but a bit too much milk to my liking.
Overall, not a must go back if I have to wait 30mins again…
