I am a ramen addict so I love to seek out and try all kinds of ramen. This shop is known for their shio (salt) ramen, even though I prefer tonkotsu (pork) ramen. There was a long line during lunch time but that's usual for those who work in this area during weekdays. The line was orderly and we got to take a look at the menu while we waited. Even though they offer other kinds of ramen like soya or miso, I wanted to try out their signature which was the shio flavor and I did not go wrong with this choice. The broth was more flavorful than I expect and the noodle was abundant and chewy. In fact, there was so much noodle that I couldn't really finish it all. The char siu was just okay. I did go back and tried their other new flavors like spicy pork ramen, but it was just okay. Sticky with the shio ramen. If you want to sin even more, order the one with butter. They just add a slab of butter on your ramen and you can watch it melt and add to the richness of your broth.
