Had a quick lunch here and ordered stir-fried noodles in soy sauce (豉油皇炒面) with slices of pork. Very yummy, lots of wok hei (镬气). Noodles were a little drier with more bite, not limp or soggy. I sat about 10 ft away from the two guys each standing over a wok, with flames coming out of the sides and a huge fan trying to cool them off. I definitely felt the heat...
