We cannot say the food is bad but it is not that good at all. I have been living in Happy Valley for many years already and I knew the owner when she was a waitress. She was not that bad temper at that time but now is very bad. I saw her even shout on her customer who only wanted to know the price before order. I decided not to have dinner or lunch in her restaurant anymore after that time since I believe she doesn't respect her customers and she will not improve or even maintain her resturant's

She was not that bad temper at that time but now is very bad. I saw her even shout on her customer who only wanted to know the price before order. I decided not to have dinner or lunch in her restaurant anymore after that time since I believe she doesn't respect her customers and she will not improve or even maintain her resturant's good quality if she doesn't know how to respect her custoemr. I shall only give 2.5 as the over all grade for this restuarnt if 5 is full mark.
