Coffee was good but staff was unfriendly, it was almost full downstairs so we asked if the 2nd floor was opened, were told yes but the staff was apparently unhappy as it meant more work for her. Then we asked if we had to get our coffee ourselves downstairs as we ordered already, she said in canto, translated as “you will have to pay 10% service fee if you want me to bring them to you”.
