// pork cutlet & egg don //Went to @tamagoen_hk a while ago but I’m still thinking about this meal! I’m not familiar with the Kowloon Bay Area so my friend suggested this place because it was new. The decor is pretty minimal but I loved the seats we got because of the green plants haha. The pork cutlet and egg don was $88 hkd and I got a hot drink & tomato soup with it. The decor is pretty minimal but I loved the seats we got because of the green plants haha. The pork cutlet and egg don was $88 hkd and I got a hot drink & tomato soup with it. The drinks and soup were pretty average, however the real star was obviously the don!!! It was a bIGGGGG portion, the pork chop was cooked so well, crispy and soft. I loved the bite sized onions because they added a soft crunchy texture! The eggs were so smooth and creamy, almost became like a sauce for the rice. So good, I’m definitely going to revisit! 🤤🤤
