Love the tea buffet, regular here.Hot dishes: pizza, tempura, chicken wings, fish cakes, ribs, puff pastries, pastas, mini hamburgers, curries, made to order noodles, Chinese and western style soup, Chinese dimsum and stir fried dishes, etc.Cold dishes: assortment of salad veggies, mussels, prawns, bite sized sandwiches and wraps, sushi, sashimi (salmon, tuna, some other choices), fresh fruit (watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew?)Desserts: soufflés!!!, excellent bread pudding, durian stuffed deep f

Desserts: soufflés!!!, excellent bread pudding, durian stuffed deep fried French toast, molten cake (different flavor depending on when you go), made to order waffles and crêpes, chocolate fountain, variety of cakes and pastries (mango napoleons, lamingtons, mochi style.
Drinks (self serve): coffee station, ginger honey, lemon slices, tea, etc.
Most items are good, some only ok. Some standouts include the tempura, bread pudding, mango napoleon, creme brûlée, waffles, serradura, soufflés. You can tell by what I've had seconds or thirds of.
Notwithstanding the above, highlight is absolutely the Haagen Dazs ice cream bars and ice cream cups? 5 flavors each!
