为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施,与顾客共同从源头减少厨余,环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划,参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴,以供张贴於店舖内和宣传,供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请,申请费用全免。

Got to try their spring afternoon tea before the spring season ended.The ambiance is amazing and you never get tired of the chandelier no matter how many times you've been here.For the food, out of the savory, I would choose the brioche roll as my favorite. Usually mango sauce is used with prawn but the apricot combination with prawn was also great. The brioche was also very soft.For the sweets, the strawberry cheesecake was superb. For the sweets, the strawberry cheesecake was superb. It was rich yet fluffy at the same time and the strawberries gave it just the right amount of tartness to avoid it becoming too sweet.
