They were just standard sausage, cut into pieces. Not too bad and good for snack.
Sauteed TuaTua Clams $198
It was the first time to try clams in this style. Surprisingly, it was one of my favourite dished in this meal. TuaTua Clams were quite large and cooked just right. The sauce were very creamy with butter.
Boston Lobster Thermidor $428
I love this Boston Lobster so much. Lobster Thermidor is a famous French dish, making of a creamy mixture of cooked lobster meat, egg yolks, and brandy, stuffed into a lobster shell. I could taste the sublet taste of brandy. The lobsters were very fresh with fully of the mixture , they were so so so divine.
Chocolate Fondant $88
It was a common fondant to me. It was not too sweet which I liked. The inside was not set , was not over cooked.

Both drinks were tasted good. Snowball is my all time favourite for sure. I love the taste of lemonade.
