殿糖級 (已結業)

There are many decent dessert shops in Tai Hang, Causeway Bay and Tin Hau, and I have recently tried 殿糖级 in Tin Hau for the first time. The freshly made soufflés were very delicious (I didn't manage to take a photo as we all started digging in as soon as they were brought to our table). I also loved their tasty egg puddings, contained in egg shells - the pudding was smooth and creamy, and the vanilla taste was natural and distinctive as fresh vanilla pods were used to prepare the dessert!
