This place has been on my to-go list for ages and finally had the time to visit today.Arrived at around 12noon and man it was packed already!No wonder some said they have to wait quite a while.Greeted by the friendly staff, we were seated in front of the bar table,you can see drinks being made and parma ham being sliced in front of you.Lunch menu included a starters, a pasta and dessert which costs only $148!What a good barginA small bag of bread was also being served with olive oil and vinegarN

I saved the cheese for the pasta later but the ham was good.
I had mine with the bread as it can get quite salty if you eat it on its own.

The green sauce adds a bit of freshness to the dish,
not sure what the deep fried 'sticks' are in the middle
but they add a nice crunch
The beef tongue was sliced very very thinly,
so you can't really get the rich flavor which was a pity
But overall the starters were very good

you may have to wait a bit longer during peak hour
but the waiter was very caring and came to tell us ours would be served very soon after seeing us waiting for a while.

You can't get this type of pasta easily in Hong Kong (which is a shame),
not to mention a decent one,
Pici did not disappoint!
The gnocchi was chewy and wrapped in a rich and creamy sauce
It was such a lovely dish I did not want to share it at all
Happy to finish the whole plate myself to be honest
A must try item if you ask me!

and again, Pici didn't disappoint.
The tomato sauce has a hint of spiciness which adds a nice kick to this dish
and makes it less plain and boring
The mussels, scallop and octopus was very nice and not overcooked
You get overcooked octopus all the time when dining out,
so glad to have non-chewing gum style octopus today.
The pasta was the right al-dente
and I really fall in love with freshly made pasta after this
I need to learn how to make pasta soon!
Or simply visit this place on a regular basis

how can we miss the famous dessert!
We ordered a panna cotta and a tiramisu
and I do think the tiramisu wins today
The panna cotta is smooth and creamy
and the berry sauce on top adds some sweetness to it
Don't get me wrong, this is nice but the tiramisu was better lol

Man I want one now!
It was so smooth and rich
with a layer of lady fingers soaked in espresso
The bitterness from the coffee and the richness from the cheese mixture
this is the dessert to die for

MUST TRY ITEM!
Overall we had a lovely experience at Pici today with very good food and friendly staff
Definitely will recommend this place to those who's looking for good dining out experience
Just don' come during rush hour haha
Will come back for dinner next time and try out other pasta!
