4/5Great hospitality and passion on dishes. Pork belly so good, sous vide to tender yet kept the meaty texture. Slight fruits acid and sweetness to balance the oily. Chicken bread crumbs with seaweed was delicious(hope they could sprinkle more), chicken was nice but could be more juicy. Also their kimchi slaw so addictive.Love the smoked potato broth, crazy lovely aroma, just if they have some same special topping to go with. The crab “sauce” could be more creamy then is like egg stir fried udon
