It's been years since my last visit to saboten and it hasn't changed much where food quality is still consistently good; the only difference is that walked in on friday night and there was no queue at all (likely because of covid-19).The pork tenderloin is moist & juicy with a thin batter that was crunchy and didn't taste too greasy plus it went well with the radishthe tomato hot pot and the pork tenderloin were both very good and satisfying but of course the best part is the free flow of lettuc

the tomato hot pot and the pork tenderloin were both very good and satisfying but of course the best part is the free flow of lettuce, pickles and cucumber that i stuffed myself with before the main course.
Since the portion isn't so big, i had to wrap up the meal with a matcha ice-cream.
